Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount, as indicated in promotions.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes
Order Tracking
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel. You can check the status of your shipment one to two hours after receiving the email by using the link provided.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
Refunds for undeliverable packages will exclude original shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Manhattan Avenue is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
If a package is lost in transit, customers should contact the carrier to initiate a claim.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.
Certain items, such as final sale, personalised/customised items cannot be returned. or hygiene-sensitive products, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Only one prepaid label is provided for each order. Therefore, all goods must be returned in the same parcel.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team at info@manhattanavenue.shop with your order details.
Once approved, you will receive a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to New York must be returned from New York. Otherwise, the return is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
Insurance and handling fees will not be refunded by Manhattan Avenue in case of returns.
When returning items that arrived in separate parcels, please carefully pack them into their original packaging. Kindly use the individual labels for each parcel.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 30 business days after receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Manhattan Avenue error.
You can also opt in to receive store credit for the refunded amount, which you can redeem on future Manhattan Avenue purchases. Shipping costs will not be refunded by Manhattan Avenue in case of returns.
Currency & Refund Adjustments:

Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original transaction.

Manhattan Avenue is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and refund processing. Any differences in refund amounts due to exchange rate changes are beyond our control.

International customers may be subject to additional fees from their bank or payment provider for currency conversion, which Manhattan Avenue does not cover.
NOTE: Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund of credit.
